Using AdeCare constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any updates. We may modify these terms, with changes effective upon posting in the app.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use AdeCare.
- Clients must provide accurate information to request services.
- Medical professionals must be licensed healthcare professionals and provide valid credentials.
3. Services
- Clients: Request home visits from registered professionals. AdeCare facilitates scheduling and payment but does not provide medical services directly.
- Medical Professionals: Offer home healthcare services to clients via AdeCare. You are responsible for the quality and legality of your services.
4. User Responsibilities
- Clients:
- Provide accurate personal and health information.
- Pay for services as agreed.
- Ensure a safe environment for medical professional visits.
- Medical Professionals:
- Maintain professional licensure and insurance.
- Deliver services competently and ethically.
- Update availability promptly.
- All Users: Do not misuse AdeCare (e.g., fraud, harassment).
5. Fees and Payment
- Clients pay a medical professional through AdeCare’s payment system. Fees vary by service and are displayed before confirmation.
- AdeCare may charge a service fee, disclosed at checkout.
- Payments are processed via third-party providers; their terms apply.
6. License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AdeCare for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
AdeCare’s content, design, and trademarks are owned by GPITG Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
- No Medical Advice: AdeCare connects users but does not provide medical advice or guarantee service quality.
- Availability: Services depend on professional availability; we are not liable for cancellations.
- As-Is: AdeCare is provided “as is” without warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
GPITG Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from AdeCare use, including service outcomes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using AdeCare.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, excluding conflict of law principles.
